On September 1, 2025, CMB International, a well-known investment institution, announced the completion of its Series A investment in Wuxi Zhidongli Robotics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhidongli Robotics"). This investment aims to support Zhidongli Robotics' R&D and sales in the fields of intelligent robots and industrial robots, and further promote its expansion in the automated intelligent equipment market.
Zhidongli Robotics is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, design, production, and sales of core components for humanoid robots and power modules for mobile robots. It is a leading supplier of humanoid robot body solutions. Leveraging its extensive experience in intelligent drive technology, forward design of humanoid limbs, and high-performance humanoid arm control technology, Zhidongli has established a comprehensive product matrix of core robot components, covering high-power-density low-voltage servo drives, high-torque-density joint modules, high-reliability force-controlled joint modules, dual-differential drive-by-wire chassis, and high-performance force-controlled humanoid arms. Among these, its humanoid robot joint modules exhibit outstanding performance, with linear joint modules achieving a maximum torque output of 10,000 N and a torque density of 5,800 N/kg, and rotary joint modules achieving a maximum torque output of 250 Nm and a torque density of 120 Nm/kg—key indicators leading internationally. These innovative achievements have not only enabled the industrial application of cutting-edge technologies but also created significant market value in the robotics field.
Currently, Zhidongli Robotics has completed the full-stack R&D of humanoid robot body hardware, broken through the key technology of the cerebellum model of the motion control system, achieved the complete delivery capability of fully controlled upper and lower limb components, and is accelerating mass production. This Series A funding round, led by CMB International, will provide financial support to Zhidongli Robotics, helping it achieve rapid development in areas such as technology research and development, market expansion, and team building.
